In most circumstances no fee will be payable. A fee of up to £495 may be charged depending on individual circumstances, but for the vast majority of people, you will not pay us a penny!

We do indeed! We work for you, not a mortgage company.  This means we will do all we can to find you the most suitable mortgage for your needs and tailor it to your specific circumstances.

Of course! In fact, we would prefer it, however we can do everything remotely is thats your preference.  You can visit us in one of our many offices or we are happy to travel to your home.  We do require a cup of tea if we visit you though...

Very often the answer is a resounding yes.  Many of our clients are surprised how much cheaper it is for them to do the mortgage via BHM Mortgages compared with going direct to the lender.  It's also far easier too!

Absolutely, that's all part of the service we offer. We will guide you on what insurances you may need and help you set up the policies you have chosen.  However, please don't feel that you HAVE to take out insurance with us, but we're here to help if you need us.
